Baby and Wedding Showers:

Rental fee for any type of shower is $350 for the afternoon/evening or an hourly bases of $125 per hour.

The Waterford Manor can accommodate up to 80 guests for a shower. With space for games, food service and gift opening.

Catered functions are available. Guests are welcome to provide there own food service. *Restrictions Apply*

Birthdays, Anniversaries and Special Events:

The Waterford Manor can accommodate up to 120 people for a Cocktail reception and up to 70 people for a Sit-Down dinner.

Rental fee is $350, which gives you exclusive access to the entire ground floor and outside grounds.

Serving our lunch menu in adjoining dinning rooms as well as having tea, coffee and pastry station refreshed regularly is both a convenience and pleasure.
