Welcome! This is the web site of Waterford Manor, a private inn located in St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada.

Built in 1901 by the Merchant Delgado family, Waterford Manor Heritage Inn provides an authentic example of a turn-of-the-century riverside mansion, featuring six guest rooms and a spa. You can indulge in the splendor of a Victorian style Heritage Inn located in the Waterford Valley, minutes from downtown St. John's. Waterford Manor provides an atmosphere of a Victorian style Home, tastefully decorated with local antiques. The Manor is a haven of elegance for family celebrations, business meetings, spa retreats or romantic getaways.

Waterford Manor features English oak hardwood floors throughout. There are four theme rooms similar to hotel-style rooms and three luxurious, special occassion or honeymoon suites. The exquisite accommodations of each room and suite are detailed in our Tour.

Rates range from $110.00 - $260.00 per night, plus taxes during peak times.
Rates range from $99.00 - $149.00 per night, plus taxes during off season.

For celebrations among family and friends, reunions, engagements, weddings, anniversaries, graduations or retirements, the atmosphere at Waterford Manor sets the mood in a private and comfortable atmosphere of elegance.

The facilities at Waterford Manor are ideal for corporate luncheons and dinners, wine tastings, book signings and launches, promotional events and social gatherings.

For overnight stays of one night or more, the guest rooms provide visitors with a cozy and comfortable place to rest, tastefully furnished with local antiques.

The warm glow of the fireplace and deep hues of the surrounding walls create a beautiful and romantic setting for our three honeymoon suites. Each of these suites has a jacuzzi, fireplace, TV/VCR/DVD, refrigerator, clock radio and sitting area for your breakfast dining pleasure.

Our other four double rooms consist of a double bed, private washroom and shower, sitting area and a workstation for business convenience. All of our rooms have a private washroom, television, and telephone. Guests staying in one of the suites can enjoy a full complimentary breakfast, either in our formal dining room or served to guests in their room.

We offer a full Bar service including bottles wine and champagne on the main level, gift baskets containing a variety of fruit, chocolate, cheese, crackers, candles, and more.

On each level in the corridor you will find:

• A tea trolley stocked with herbal teas, hot chocolate, coffee, etc. (complimentary), as well as an electric kettle and coffee pot
